Academy Fund

    

The Academy takes great pride in the quality of its school productions and events, encouraging wide participation in sport and providing a great environment for students to learn and to relax at break times.

The Academy Fund has been established to offer greater opportunities for our students with the help and support of our parents/carers. Through the fund, we ask parents to donate on a monthly basis and all the proceeds are used to fund specific projects. The current focus is on performing arts, sport and student break out areas for morning breaks and lunchtimes.

Some of the specific projects we are focussing on are as follows:

  • Upgrading equipment and the stage in the main hall at Bexton Road, venue of our fantastic productions
  • Replacing out of date sports equipment for football, netball, tennis and rounders
  • Building more external seating areas for students to relax at break times
  • Books for the library

A monthly donation of £5 would go a long way to help improve our facilities and equipment. Donations are eligible for gift aid, enabling the school to claim back the basic tax rate. Any support to the Academy is greatly appreciated as we strive to achieve our mission of excellence for all. To sign up to the  Academy Fund there are two forms which are provided below, a standing order mandate for monthly payments and a gift aid form.

Sports sponsorships and business partnerships

  

The Academy works with a number of local and global businesses who provide support and help in a variety of ways including delivering workshops, mentoring and sponsoring students and donating to the school. The Studio school’s Football Academy, this year’s Champions of the Cheshire County Cup, were sponsored by McHale and Co Solicitors.
