Office Administrator
We are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to work in our busy student office. You will provide an administrative and secretarial service to the team responsible for students’ work experience placements, undertaking a variety of tasks in support of the education and welfare of students in this successful 11-18 Academy.
The successful candidate must be an effective communicator, have good inter-personal skills, be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative. The job holder must be highly competent in the use of ICT and Microsoft Applications. Accuracy and attention to detail are equally important.
Hours of work: 37 per week
8:00am – 4:00pm Mon – Thurs
8:00am – 3:30pm Fri
Term time only plus 1 week – 39 weeks per year
Grade 4; £18,933 – £19,698 pro rata for term time working

HR Advisor
The Learning Alliance is looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Advisor to work as part of the Central HR team, supporting the 8 schools in the Trust. The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive, efficient and accessible integrated HR service that supports Headteachers and line managers. As HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of a small and busy team, and will be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills with a passion for working with people, as you will be interacting with colleagues at all levels on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new Human Resources team supporting a newly merged Multi-Academy Trust as HR Advisor.
The hours of work are 30 per week, worked over 5 days, for 39 weeks per year (term time plus one week). The post is Grade 5 and the pro-rata salary is £13,196 – £14,994.
The role is based at the Central Services Office located within Sir William Stanier School in Crewe.
